There's no doubt in my mind that Sid has hit on something. My only regret is that I wasn't aware of it sooner. As you can tell by my name I like to cook. I didn't get to be 6'2" and 300 lbs by eating salad. What I like about this seasoning is that it's not overwhelming and can be used on practically everything. I think in the near future we will all have Salt, Pepper, and Sid's Gunpowder Seasoning on our traditional table settings. I plan to try it on seafood, hamburger, deer burger, and omelets in the future. I may even be willing to eat turnips and squash if it has Sid's Gunpowder Seasoning on it.
