stuffed venison peppers

2 lbs deer grind
1 cup min rice
salt / pepper
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 egg slightly beaten
6 peppers
3 cans of tomatoe sauce
3 slices bacon- cut in half

mix deer, onion soup mix, rice, salt/pepper egg..
cut peppers at the top, fill peppers mith mixture, pour sauce over peppers and place each pepper with a 1/2 slice bacon...cook 350 for 45 min or till done...I sprinkle garlic powder over tomatoe sauce before I place bacon on top...
