Bow Strings

Postby ChrtruseMajic » Tue Dec 07, 2010 6:56 am

I am gonna have to change out my bow strings here shortly cause I shoot so often that my strings are falling apart. I want to know what string company I should get my strings from. Any ideas?

Winner Choice is on all my bows... Never had issues... Expensive, but worth it...

That is what I was thinking. I have heard good things about them. Thanks for the recommendation.

it could also be that your strings were rotten before you ever got your bow.

Yea, I never thought about that. That could have been the issue. Either way, I think I will be good till the end of the season and then I will get new strings. But I see that the overall opinion is that I should get winners choice, so I think I am gonna do that.

Winners Choice makes a good set of strings as well does America's Best. I also know of a company named String Addictions that makes a quality set. Vapor Trails and Lil Jon are two other good companies for strings.

I like Vapor Trails. Has anyone ever used their rest? I saw it online in archery equipment for around $120 and am thinking of ordering it.
