Anyone who says MD, isn't home to some big bucks is surely incorrect. I've seen tons and tons of gorgeous massive deer on my Cam on my property in Maryland.

Shot in Southern Maryland in 2006 broke the record for Maryland from 1982 i believe and set the record on the Eastern Seaboard. 26 scoreable points. 268" 1/8 Boone & Crockett.

It was actually killed about 4-5 miles away from my house, Lots of big bucks down where i live. They are very smart deer, I've seen 10-12 pointer pics online of Big bucks and they have multiple multiple pictures of the same deer. I've had a 14-16 on my camera before, 10's and 12's and I am LUCKY to get two pictures of that deer at a time, they come back and take another single shot, but they are very smart deer around here, but a deer can only be so smart during the rut, Gorgeous deer have been harvested around here. I was with a friend once and we were doing about 45 down a back road, out jumps a buck with atleast a 24"-30" spread and tines everywhere I was so shocked i couldn't even count. and it jumped back in after running about 1/8 mile on the road infront of us. My fathers friend harvested a 16 pt a few years ago.(2002ish) my father himself who grew up here has told me stories of when he was a kid roaming the woods (1978ish) he would be 8, of him creeping through the woods and seeing a 14pt standing in a creek, My father got scared and he took off. Great potential. In some places deer just don't have potential to even become big, if you know what i mean. So through the years its kept its consistancy.

I have personally seen some monsters like the picture you are seeing in MD. You just have to know where to go. There are deer everywhere here. The only thing is, you have to be considerate to the people around. If you need some help. PM me.

I've seen some impressive deer come out of Maryland. It's an underrated area for some real monsters. Buckfever that's one helluva impressive buck. Kudos.
