Stuffed sausage

Slice your sausage (these were Italian) the long way so they fold open like a hot dog bun without cutting through the bottom of the casing. Get in there with a fork and loosen things up a bit to make some room.

Push the meat aside and layer the bottom with cheddar cheese then cover with the meat.

Next, pack it all back in firmly adding sliced ham, pepperoni, and crumbled cooked bacon.
Pan fry with onion and green pepper over medium heat for aproximately 25 minutes covered.

Next top the sausages with pizza sauce and add a layer of mozzerella cheese over them. cover and cook at same temperature for an additional 10 minutes or untill cheese is melted thouroughly. That should just about do it! Kinda like a pizza in a link without the crust!
