Thats a good thing. Its kinda surprising these days how many kids don't get the opportunity to go fishing.
If guns kill people then pencils mis spell words..

Yea it is, i took one of the neighbor kids with us yesterday and he had a blast. TO think he is 9 and has never been fishing before!

I found this bargain x-tools fishing kit online. I think it makes a good starter set for kids and teens just starting to learn how to fish.

Hey Smitty, check out some of these kid's themed fishing rods...my kids love them! Not sure how old yours are but these are great for the 8-13 year olds.

I have 2 small kids, have been trying to get them into fishing by getting them all the gear and some fun kid-themed stuff. They seem like they're really getting into it, or maybe it's just the Mickey Mouse picture? :Laughing:
