First Coyote!

Postby Holecek » Mon Feb 26, 2007 12:05 am

Well i went on my second coyote hunt yesterday afternoon
I got in the "coyote shack" and waited a few minutes
gave out a few howls
started rabbit calling and was looking around and about 3 minutes later i look over and see a coyote sitting there at 100 yards
i gave out another howl and he jumped up and started running to me
i raised the rifle
he stopped and i put the 225. to his throat
damn near chopping his head off
it was only a 23 lb yote but hey
its my first!
no pictures.
