i dont know... i havent found a pro shop that will let you do that... i think he went to lancaster archery..... but that was years ago

Today arrows are built with such good tolerances the average shooter would never tell the difference in accuracy of most bottom of the line shafts, let alone top of line shafts with the best tolerances for weight and straightness.

As far as shooting arrows without fletchings goes. That is a great way to start the tuning process of your bow and arrow. I know there is a video here on HuntOnly that walks you thru bare shaft tuning, produced by one of HuntOnly's members.

Go to the Home Page and scroll down. On the right hand side click on Hunting Vidoes.

Scroll down, should be the last one you can choose. Titled, Bare Shaft Tuning.
