deer swiss steak

4 or 5 deer steaks ( cubed steaks)
pan fry till brown on each side, dash salt and pepper.
place in slow cooker
add 4 small can of tomatoe sauce
1 sliced onion
1 slice green pepper
place on top of sauce and steak.
add 2 tbs garlic powder and salt pepper to taste
cook till done, this meat should fall apart...add more garlic if needed.. I use alot... enjoy
