If you are in the market for new vanes to refletch your arrows with I would encourage you to take a look at the The NAP QuikSpin Super Spin vanes.
New Archery Products claims that the two inch hunter length is great for stabilizing smaller compact or expandable broadheads. Patented microgrooves on one side channel air for a flatter trajectory than conventional vanes. The patented "kicker" increases arrow spin by as much as 300% compared with conventional vanes for tighter groups - even with broadheads. The unique combination of the patented kicker and microgrooves stabilize an arrow in less than half the distance of a conventional vane or feather.
What do I think? I recently refletched a dozen Carbon Express Maxima Hunter arrows with them and found the results to be well above satisfactory. After an entire preseason of shooting and now five weeks into the hunting season there appear to be no discernable signs of wear on them.
So in terms of wear they are holding up great. I shoot Rage 2 blade broadheads, and my grouping is similar to my field points with no discernable difference. As far as I am concerned they do everything that the manufacture claims they do.
I give them an overall rating of 4 out of 5 arrows.
