Texas Piebald Buck

Earlier this year photos of an 8 point piebald buck filled my inbox nearly everyday. This buck took the deer hunting community by storm. Rumors, facts and everything in between were right along with it.

Below are the pictures and what I believe to be true about the buck and the hunter.

The buck was taken in East Texas near Palestine on a private ranch. The hunter (James Curtis) harvested the buck on November 2, 2008. The piebald scored 138 5/8th gross and weighed 195 pounds. Supposedly James is having a full body mount done on the buck. Below are some of the pictures I have seen…
